What to expect Tennessee Department of Health county clinic. Primary care (acute illness and chronic disease), immunizations, family planning, breast and cervical cancer screening, pregnancy testing, WIC, well-child (EPSDT) screenings, STI/HIV testing and treatment, TB control, tobacco cessation, CHANT home visiting/case management, vital records.

- Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; extended STI/family planning hours 1st Thursday of month by appointment (per county page, 2017)
- Cost
- Fees adjusted by family income; no one denied services due to inability to pay. Accepts TennCare, Medicare, private insurance.
- Who can get help
- Open to anyone; appointment and verbal proof of income required (WIC needs written income proof).
